If there’s one city you know you will be worn out when you leave it, it’s Las Vegas, Nevada. Oh my goodness! I haven’t been there in a couple of years and let me tell you… this thirty-eight-year-old came back wiped out. The funny part is I just got back from round two and haven’t posted about either trip.

Over the past two months, I attended a couple of conferences. I was lucky enough to get a little time while I was out there to grab dinner and sightseeing. I had amazing lunch at Mon Ami Gabi and dinner at the Cafe Americano in the Paris. I stayed at the MGM Signature Grand which had suites for rooms and a giant jacuzzi tub in which I added the most amazing bath tea bag and fuzzies to it from the adorable shop downstairs.

We ended up having a company dinner at Kumi which is a modern Japanese restaurant with a Korean flair! It was so good and the service was amazing for our group of twenty. Afterward, there was a cocktail social hour (where I ordered a mocktail) and then we head to the S Bar for a few hours of dancing. The whole evening was such a blast and three places were next to each other making it easy to transition for a group.

A few other fun places I went to were the Bellagio gardens under construction for Easter. I rode the tram up and down the strip. I also stopped at Sugar Factory for a soup and mock-cosmopolitan. Did you know they can make their entire cocktail menu alcohol-free? FYI for all you non-drinkers out there. I headed over to do some shopping at HM at the Miracle Mile, too! I picked up the cutest cream coat to wear since it was chilly most of the trip and perfect for cool Spring nights.
