Starry Night

Saturdays are one of my favorite parts of the week. I love to spend the day wandering somewhere new or visiting old favorites. Revolutions Cafe is one of my all-time favorite places in the Bryan/College Station area. My parents and family live in this area, so I visit often. Specifically, I love to go by the downtown Bryan area where you can find shops, restaurants and historic sites. Starry Starry Night is my favorite painting and I really love how they've added a mural to the side of this building. If you are in the area, it's a fun place to grab coffee.

I would probably say dresses are my favorite thing to wear during the week or on weekends. It's so much easier to grab a dress and throw it on instead of sifting through my closet to find matching items for tops and bottoms. I like to add interest and change the styling of a dress by throwing on a hat or changing up my shoes.

Whenever I decide to wear two brights, I try to balance out the bold colors with a neutral. Dressing in 3 colors really makes deciding on what to wear easier. Think about it, some of the best color combos come in a trio, like black, white and red. Just add a neutral to your otherwise colorful combo and it instantly makes the look pulled together and effortless. I like the way brown plays off the coolness of cobalt and the warmth of yellow. Don't be afraid to try different combos! Have fun with fashion!
