What To Wear for Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving day is quickly approaching and I don't know about you but I am just now thinking about what to wear for the day. I thought I would round up a few looks and ideas if you are trying to still figure out your outfit for Thursday. Tomorrow I'll be sharing a few last minute table ideas, but if you are looking for more holiday inspiration check out this post on Setting a Holiday Table. I'm really excited since this year I am hosting Thanksgiving at my house. My sister and mom are working hard to collaborate with me on the menu, but the table and decor is all mine. I'll give you guys more tips about this tomorrow for last minute ideas. 

Sweaters

Sweaters are one of my favorite items to put on this year. All of the above posts (except for one) involve a good sweater. I really love relaxed ones or ones with feminine details. I also think a sweater dress is a great choice for right now. Here's a round up of a few of my favorites. All of them are priced under $50!

Plaid

You can't really go wrong with plaid during the holidays. There's something about it that makes Fall and Winter feel like you are in season. If you are in a warmer climate try wearing it on your shoes or even as a scarf. For cooler climates, I suggest cozy dresses with tights and boots or even a plaid coat.
