Living in Coral
I wrote a little about this color earlier this year in a post called How to Casually Wear Coral discussing Pantone’s Color of the Year - Living Coral. As the days pass on, Pantone predicted (as usual) this color would dominate the fashion industry. Everywhere I turn I am finding more and more pieces to add to my wardrobe this year. Coral is one of those hues that works on most skin tones. Whether you are the creamist of pale white or a deep brazillian tan the color instantly brightens most complexions.
Shop Coral Dresses
The dress I’m featuring is from Zara and although no longer available above you’ll find twelve beautiful dresses all in varying tones of coral. I added coral bangle bracelets that were both gifts over the years from different people along with cute Jack Rogers sandals with the same pops of color. Since one of my bracelets was made of natural stone I went ahead and kept with that them by adding a wicker basket and tortoise earrings.
I’ve been eyeing these preppy yet beachy sandals from Jack Rogers for years now. While they range in price from $30-$120, I rounded up a few pairs below in bright colors. These are a signature for Jack Rodgers mixing a sandal, slide and flip flop with baseball stitching and embroidery. I purchased a bright colored pair so that it would work with this one piece swimsuit and some of my other coral pieces. I am so excited to add this classic yet trendy shoe style into my collection.
