Do you journal? I do! I use it to help process emotions, list ideas for the future and things I’m grateful for. I’ve been journaling for years and it has completely changed my life and mindset. If you are struggling to journal, that’s okay!
Try this to get started - Set an alarm on your phone to write down the following (Takes 5-10 min):
One sentence to summarize your day
Two things that you are excited about in the future
Three things you are grateful for
Practice every day of September! I DARE YOU!
It will change your thinking patterns.
It will give you an internal power you didn’t know you had.
