I am so happy that Spring is just a few weeks away! After the past week of temperature drops each night, Texas is finally looking up! Today it’s a full 77 degrees and sunny. I’m going through my closet this weekend to push my Winter items towards the back and rotate all of my spring dresses to the front. Florals, solids, and ginghams all take center stage in wardrobe over the next few months. Today I’m sharing a gorgeous wrap dress that would be perfect for a wedding or formal event. These photographs were all shot during my stay in January on South Padre Island, TX. You can see other posts from the trip here and here. South Padre Island is full of fun for this time of year. It’s one of the most popular destinations for Spring Break in Texas. From incredible beaches to sand dunes and shops. It’s one of those places you’ll find something for everyone. There’s even a turtle rescue center and bird watching area. I love going to beaches during the off-season when they are more deserted, but I highly recommend visiting this area if you’ve never been.
