Let me tell you about my life 3.5 years ago… ToughIII I was battling a lot specifically panic attacks. I couldn’t drive anywhere for six months because EVERY time my heart would race and I felt like I was going to pass out.
It sucked.
On top of that, I had a severe lack of passion and purpose in my life. Everything felt empty and meaningless. It was a very dark hour. And then… my soul reminded me I was meant for more…So I got it together I started journaling, going to therapy, and support groups, giving up alcohol, working on my spiritual life, taking up yoga consistently, and began working towards ALIGNMENT.
It worked. In layers, the old self fell away and now what you see is the “true” me. At 37 years old, I realize you can begin again. I am so excited to announce the launch of the first course I’m dropping called “Glow Up.” You can start over and become something IMPACTFUL. I was meant for more and SO ARE YOU!
